Serbia – pre-arrival customs clearance system successfully implemented

In Serbia, a pre-arrival processing (PAP) system was officially rolled out in June 2020. Serbia’s Customs Administration successfully implemented the alliance project together with companies and business associations.

The Serbian customs administration has set up the legal and IT framework for implementing the new Pre-Arrival Processing system (PAP). All three national express operators have applied for a license for this trade facilitation measure and have already been approved.

Setting up a Risk Management Pilot Program

Indonesia and New Zealand share insights on joint border and integrated risk management

Indonesian officials and business leaders visited New Zealand as part of the Indonesian trade facilitation project of the German Alliance for Trade Facilitation. First Scoping-Mission to Thailand Sucessfully Completed

A team of Thai and German representatives of the GIZ conducted a one week long scoping mission in Bangkok.
